Gerina-Piller
Her birthplace was Roswell on March 29, 1985. Gerina Michelle Mendoza is her birth name. Gerina Stevenson was born in Mexico as the daughter of Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. Stevenson is of Mexican roots, yet is American in nationality. The desire to be a sportsperson began as a small child. Gerina began playing golf at the age of 15. Gerina attended Goddard High School. She was the winner of at the New Mexico State Golf Tournament at the age of high school. The volleyball abilities of her were acknowledged at the national level. At the age of 2003, she began her studies at the University of Texas. In her senior year, she took home the top prize in every single tournament that she took part in. In her time at college she was awarded an award called the Conference USA Player of The Year award and The UTEP Female Sport Athelete Award.
